EDUCATION

In education, our on-line and classroom courses give students rapid access to education modules tailored to, and approved for, the qualifying and continuing education requirements of the world¡¯s valuation designations.

Our courses are authored by the world¡¯s most highly-respected subject matter experts. They cover a variety of real estate valuation, finance and investment topics; everything from international valuation standards to business ethics, and from report-writing to discounted cash flow and dispute resolution.

RESEARCH

In research, we facilitate debate among real estate professionals on such topics as sustainability, green buildings, energy, climate change, disaster management, and legacy-planning for effective land use in cities planning, or recovering from, world events like the Olympics.


GOAL

Our goal is to improve and update education standards within the global real estate profession by offering relevant, responsive, robust and rapid up-to-the-minute course material in modular formats. In everything we do, we are sensitive to the time constraints of today¡¯s professionals.
