ABOUT OUR COURSES

We call our courses, PLM’s – property learning modules. Our modules touch on every aspect of real estate investment - buying land, improving it, building on it, detecting and curing legal and physical problems, occupying or leasing-out the building, managing it, maintaining it, optimising the asset’s investment value, upgrading and renovating it, changing its use, legacy-planning, and eventually demolishing and rebuilding.

Our modules vary in length from 8 hours to 30 hours. They come in a stimulating series of on-line and/or classroom deliverables for all levels of students. Either format includes expert mentoring, real-world case studies and hands-on group study exercises.

Our “Series 101” is for those starting out in real estate. Our “Series 501” is advanced material.
